Jason Byham is a real estate executive and operator with a career built on scaling residential development platforms across the Southeast. He has spent over two decades with three of the nation's largest homebuilders, rising to Division President with direct P&L authority over operations spanning three states, and now operates as a principal focused on structuring and executing development-scale land transactions across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
Jason began his career at Pulte Group and John Wieland Homes in Atlanta before joining Lennar Corporation's Coastal Carolinas Division in 2012. He was promoted to Division President and over the course of his tenure grew the division from $150 million to over $1 billion in annual revenue while improving gross margins by more than 800 basis points — scaling deliveries from approximately 600 homes to nearly 3,000 across Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. In that role, he oversaw all full P&L operations, land acquisition, and strategic expansion, more than doubling the division's active community count and opening new sub-markets throughout the region.
His experience spans the full lifecycle of residential development at scale — from site identification, entitlement, and community planning through vertical construction, sales operations, and team buildout. That institutional infrastructure background, combined with his current work as a principal, positions him to lead complex, multi-market residential platforms from formation through stabilization.
A University of Georgia graduate, Jason is based on Daniel Island, South Carolina. He brings deep, hands-on market intelligence across the Georgia and Carolina coastal corridors, with particular expertise in the land dynamics, regulatory environments, and growth patterns that define the region's highest-demand residential markets.
